Born in 1974, Gregor is the Managing Partner and co-owner of Pegazus Investment along with Thomas Podstawski. He held a leading position for nine years (2010-2019) as CFO/COO at Activ Investment in Krakow. In Germany, he is already a Managing Partner of several real estate companies in the developer and consulting sectors. Since 2010, Gregor has been responsible for the realization of nearly 5,000 apartments in Poland and Germany. Prior to 2010, he spent nine years as a Managing Partner in handling real estate and corporate consulting at Karl, Kewel & Partners, where he was responsible for corporate clients such as BMW, Deutsche Post, DHL, and public clients. Gregor is a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, the European Business School – EBS in Oestrich-Winkel, and the DIA at the University of Freiburg. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a post-graduate diploma in Real Estate Management, Property Valuation, and Real Estate Finance. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate market in Germany and Poland, Gregor is a seasoned professional.

Agnieszka Adamowicz is owner of the successful law firm Salenter in Warsaw. As an external consultant at Pegazus Investment, she is responsible for legal, human resources and ESG.

Mrs. Agnieszka Adamowicz is an attorney at law and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She has over 13 years of professional experience and specializes in commercial law, including real estate law, commercial contracts law, and project finance.

She gained her experience, among others, at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance in the real estate and infrastructure team. She started her independent professional activity in 2010. Agnieszka Adamowicz has extensive knowledge in preparing transaction documentation and negotiation regarding the sale of companies and real estate, such as preliminary, conditional and final agreements, escrow account agreements, guarantee agreements, surety agreements, liability limitation agreements, partnerships, joint-ventures, copyright agreements, trademarks, internet domain rights, etc. She has also carried out due diligence processes of real estate and companies, including those regarding housing, office, warehouse, shopping centers, production plants, and wind projects. She has advised clients in the development industry on planning and administrative issues, as well as in the commercialization of housing and office projects.

She also deals with corporate consultancy, including the foundation and transformation of companies, changes in corporate structure, contribution in kind, etc.

Attorney Agnieszka Adamowicz is fluent in English. Privately, she loves hiking in the mountains and biking.

Małgorzata Gawryszewska is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, where she received her Master’s Degree in Engineering Construction. She has been working in the real estate business for the past 18 years, bringing to the team over 18 years of business experience in various roles, starting as a project coordinator up to project manager and development director. She has experience working with funds and banks, managing the orderly work-out of many investment projects of total value approximately 500 million PLN, including dealing with contractors and other external suppliers, banks, external lawyers, and representatives of the Investor. She has experience in obtaining plots for future projects, managing Due Diligence processes, in particular, the technical due diligence, preparation of Preliminary and Final investment Reports, Budgets, Schedules and monitoring their execution, including construction works. She managed the entire process of obtaining building permits for projects, both administrative and legal, supervising the tender process, construction works on sites and execution, and controlling the projects’ budget and cash flow.
